No. Every RESET is adapted to you and your comfort level. Nothing is forced, and no technique is performed without your consent. If mobility or adjustment techniques are appropriate, they will always be discussed with you first.

Yes. Everything required for your RESET is brought with me, so you do not need to provide any equipment.

Comfortable clothing is recommended for the assessment and mobility portions of your session. Anything else required for the hands-on work will be explained privately.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
