RESET by Abed Jan offers private, non-medical bodywork appointments in Dubai: focused hands-on work intended to release muscular tension, reduce restriction, support recovery and restore ease of movement.

Sessions are not medical treatment, do not diagnose or treat disease or injury, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed medical professional.

Services are provided by Abed Jan, trading as RESET by Abed Jan.

Submitting the booking form or sending a message is a request only. No appointment exists until Abed Jan confirms it directly with you.

Availability is limited, and requests are accepted at the practice's discretion.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, contact details and appointment preferences you provide, so that confirmations reach you.

Clients must be 18 or older. A client under 18 may only be seen with the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Signature Reset appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes and Focused Reset appointments for 60 minutes. Scheduled duration includes assessment, hands-on work and short recovery guidance.

In-residence sessions take place at your home, hotel, suite or office in Dubai. You are responsible for arranging building, hotel or office access, parking where relevant, and a suitable, private, clean space of adequate size.

If a private and appropriate working space is not available on arrival, the session may not be able to proceed.

Any exceptional travel charge will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.

Please be ready at the confirmed start time. If you are late, the session may be shortened so that following appointments are not affected.

If Abed is unavoidably delayed, you will be informed as early as possible and offered the remaining time, a rescheduled appointment, or a resolution appropriate to the circumstances.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the confirmed start time. Any fee for later changes or non-attendance will be communicated before confirmation.

Any charge for a missed confirmed appointment will be disclosed before confirmation.

Signature Reset is AED 750 for 90 minutes. Focused Reset is AED 500 for 60 minutes.

Accepted payment methods and payment timing are confirmed directly before the appointment.

Where payment has been made in advance, any applicable refund terms are confirmed before payment.

No multi-session packages are advertised or sold through this website.

You are responsible for disclosing, before hands-on work begins, anything relevant to your suitability for bodywork — including pregnancy, recent surgery, fractures, skin conditions, blood-clotting or circulatory conditions, infections, medication such as blood thinners, and any medical advice you have been given.

Bodywork and cupping are not appropriate in every situation. Where there is any doubt, please obtain clearance from your treating physician first.

In an emergency, or where symptoms are severe, sudden or worsening, contact emergency services or a licensed medical professional rather than booking a session.

Every body responds differently. Sessions are individually tailored, but no particular outcome, level of relief, timeframe or permanence of change is promised or guaranteed.

Temporary effects such as cupping marks, short-term tenderness or tiredness are normal and vary from person to person.

A session may be declined, adjusted or ended where it would be inappropriate or unsafe to continue, where relevant information was not disclosed, where the location is unsuitable, or where conduct is inappropriate.

This is a professional, non-sexual practice. Any suggestion otherwise ends the appointment immediately and permanently, and the full session fee remains payable.

Draping and privacy are maintained throughout, and you may ask for pressure or technique to be adjusted at any point.

Information you share is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and is kept within the practice.

Photographs and video are taken and published only with your separate, explicit consent, which you may withdraw.

All text, photography, film and design on this website belong to the practice or its contributors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

The website is provided for information and appointment requests. Please do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session concerned, and no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Neither party is responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including illness, accident, extreme weather, utility or building access failures, or official restrictions. Affected appointments are rescheduled where possible.

These terms may be updated. The terms in force are those published on this page at the time of your appointment request.
